Turf Installer – Commercial

Greenacres Turf Group (WA’s largest turf farm) are seeking a vibrant, physically fit and energetic individual to come and join our Commercial Team:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to ensure commercial jobs are completed to a high standard, with signoff by client/customer
• Liaise with manager and other company divisions as required
• Prepare ground and install roll-on turf.
• Ensure Commercial Compound is organised and well maintained
• Operate equipment and machinery as required.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential:

• Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.
• Hold an unrestricted C-class driver’s license.
• Ability to be punctual, work regular hours during the week with overtime where required
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility for early starts eg. 5-7am with possible late finishes eg. 3-5pm
• An eye for detail

Desirable:

• Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or equivalent
• HR or HC Driver’s License
• Forklift Ticket
• HR or HC Driver’s License
• White Card
• Previous experience in turf laying/landscaping or have experience in other physically demanding positions/outdoors
• Valid First Aid accreditation or willingness to obtain.

Inductions and training provided.

Pay rate is a guide only and will be determined on qualifications, skills and experience.
